Law enforcement request portal

Listd maintains transaction and identity records that may be relevant to an active investigation. If you’re a sworn law enforcement officer with a legitimate need for records on a Listd rental case, submit the form below. A member of Listd’s trust & safety team will verify your agency and respond within one business day.

Before you submit

  • We only release records to sworn officers with a case number and a legitimate law-enforcement purpose. Consumer or civil requests cannot be processed through this form.
  • Use your official agency email address. We call back through the agency’s published non-emergency number before releasing any packet.
  • Under 18 Pa.C.S. § 9106(c)(4), disclosures to a criminal justice agency for the administration of criminal justice are disclosed to the agency (not to a private claimant) and remain subject to the recipient agency’s handling rules.
  • For emergencies in progress, call 911. This portal is for records requests only.
