Common questions

How do I post a listing?

Sign in, then tap the New Listing button on the homepage. Add a title, price, location, category, photo, and short description. Hit post and you’re live.

How do I edit or delete a listing?

Open your listing and tap the “Edit” or “Mark sold” button. Only the owner of a listing sees those buttons. If you need a listing removed and the buttons aren’t showing, email us and we’ll handle it.

How does messaging work?

Tap “Message seller” on any listing to start a private conversation. All your messages live at /messages. We never share your email with other users.

What are Boosts?

A Boost pins your listing to the top of the homepage for 7 days with a featured badge. Every member starts with 3 free Boosts, and you earn more by posting and inviting friends. Full details on the Perks page.

What are trust badges?

Trust badges appear next to a seller’s name when they’ve verified parts of their profile: email, phone, ID, or founding member. More trust = higher placement in search. See your own at /account.

I forgot my password / can’t sign in.

Listd uses magic-link sign-in, so there’s no password. Go to /login, enter your email, and click the link we send you. If the link doesn’t arrive within a minute, check spam first, then email us.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@listdmarket.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll remove your profile, listings, and messages within 7 days.

Report a problem

  • Inappropriate listing or user: tap the “Report” button on the listing or message, or email support@listdmarket.com with a link to the content. We review every report.
  • Scam or fraud attempt: include screenshots of any messages. If money changed hands, also file a report with your local police department and the FTC.
  • Safety concern or threat: if you are in immediate danger, call 911 first. Then email us so we can suspend the user.
  • Bug or broken feature: email us with the page URL, the device you’re on (e.g. iPhone 14 / iOS 17), and a screenshot or short screen recording if possible.

Mobile app

The Listd app for iPhone and Android wraps the same site you’re using now, so everything works exactly the same way. If a feature works on the website but not in the app, that’s a bug we want to know about — please email support@listdmarket.com with your device model and iOS / Android version.
