1. In your Listd message thread, tap the shield icon next to the location pin and choose this spot — your buyer/seller gets the exact pin and a directions link.
2. Arrive a few minutes early. Park in a visible spot near the entrance or under the cameras. Stay in your vehicle until you spot the other person.
3. Bring ID, your phone, and the Listd thread on your screen. For paid rentals, the Stripe receipt is your proof — no cash needed.
4. If anything feels off, walk inside the lobby (during business hours) or call the non-emergency line and wait there. The whole point of a safe spot is that you have backup if you need it.
